At The M Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most of our signature pieces. Please note that personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all jewelry boxes and pouches, to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
